Garage Waterproofing and Backyard Levelling

Power Foundation Systems was brought in to resolve significant issues affecting a residential property’s foundation and drainage. Multiple cracks in the garage foundation were causing water to leak into the basement, while improper drainage in the backyard was leading to water pooling.

Our team conducted a thorough inspection to identify the source of the foundation leaks. After pinpointing the problem areas, we excavated and repaired the cracks to prevent further water intrusion and restore the integrity of the structure. In addition to the foundation repair, we addressed the backyard’s drainage issue by leveling a portion of the area, ensuring proper water flow and preventing future pooling.
