We offer full foundation repair including waterproofing, stabilizing settlement issues and structural repairs.
Foundation Repair
Crack Repair
We offer a variety of repair options for foundation cracks. Depending on the size and type of cracks, we can determine whether the repair will require a polyurethane injection, structural epoxy injection resin, hydraulic cement, and/or carbon fiber banding. All great options for crack repair.
Why Do Cracks Occur?
Foundation Settling/Sinking
Shifting can cause cracks in foundation walls and exterior brick.
Unbalanced Soil
Drainage issues can have a negative impact on soil conditions and home stability.
Soil Movement/Shrinkage
As weather conditions change, the soil expands/shrinks under footings.
Foundation Repair
Warning Signs
There are a number of indicators to look for when assessing a foundation’s need for repair. Warning signs include: step cracks in brick and mortar, cracked bricks or blocks, foundation cracks or settling, doors and windows not working correctly, water entering home and sagging or uneven floors. Our expert team is fully qualified to identify any issues and recommend repair solutions.
Foundation Repair
Exterior
Waterproofing
Although intrusive, exterior waterproofing is the only sure way to protect your home from water. We excavate to expose the foundation, inspect and repair of any cracks/entry points, use our three-step waterproofing system and install new weeping tile with drainage stone.
Common Leak Problems
Our Process
Interior waterproofing is not waterproofing. Treating the exterior is the only way to prevent water entering the house.
Excavation
We excavate the exterior foundation walls, typically 4-8 feet deep, to expose the foundation footing and weeping tile
Waterproofing
We inspect the entire foundation, fill/repair cracks, apply a tar waterproofing membrane and dimple board foundation wrap.
Backfill/Grading
We install a minimum 18” of drainage stone, fabric protection on top of the stone, soil, compaction and positive slope away from the house.
Foundation Repair
Engineered
Structural Repair
We work closely with expert structural engineers in order to offer extensive repair or replacement of failing foundations. We specialize in helical pile underpinning to stabilize and solve settlement/sinking issues. Engineered, galvanized steel helical piles are driven deep into native soil to secure the foundation and lift it back to its original position, closing up any cracks or gaps.

Carbon
Fiber Repair
Proud Installer of Quality Carbon Fiber Products from Rhino Carbon Fiber.
Bowed Walls: When foundation walls start bowing or moving inward, it is a sign of structural failure which should be addressed immediately. The primary causes for bowing walls are: outside hydrostatic pressure on the walls from soil, tree roots and construction failures/poor quality construction (ex. improper steel reinforcement resulting in excessive load due to ineffective tensile strength transfer to the wall).
Corner Wall Repair: There are a variety of issues that cause cracked foundation wall corners, but the primary reason is that many structures have beams that pocket over the top of the corners; this type of construction has a tendency to crack due to the stress and weight of the beam. A carbon fiber corner wall repair not only fortifies the corners of areas that are breaking down, but can also be used as additional reinforcement for existing structures in good condition so they don’t crack or move inward over time, increasing strength and stability.
Concrete Crack Repair with Carbon Fiber: Most crack repairs stop at the injection stage, but the crack can continue to spread as the main purpose of injection material is waterproofing and not structural strengthening. Strengthening the cracked area with a carbon fiber band is an essential step to prevent further movement and crack expansion. It also adds an additional layer of protection for waterproofing!
Benefits of Carbon Fiber:
High-Strength – carbon fiber is 10x stronger than steel
Efficient Installs – light-weight product and efficient application procedure
Long-Lasting – carbon fiber resists corrosion and does not degrade
Versatile – strengthen walls, wall openings, cracks and more
Less Intrusive – thin yet strong profile doesn’t affect square footage
Aesthetically Appealing – can be painted over for aesthetic finish
Engineered Product – Engineered specifications, permit & inspection friendly
